The National Committee, comprised of the Board of Directors and additional members, meets semi-annually to provide representation from across the country. Some members also serve as regional representatives and are the face of MSC in their respective region of Canada.
The Board of Directors meets quarterly to provide accountability and oversight to the organization and guidance to the Executive Director as he leads day-to-day. A subset of the Board, the Executive Management Team, meet monthly for more detailed deliberation.
