In order to maximize our receiving days and eliminate the possibility of crowding, the ACCTS warehouse will be receiving goods by appointment only. The one exception is commercial trucks and courier services, which can deliver during business hours without needing an appointment, with advance notice to the office preferred. All charges incurred, including import fees, must be pre-paid all the way to MSC. We will not be accepting any charges.
Containers are loaded and shipped from 2 locations in Canada – Portage la Prairie, Manitoba and Markham, Ontario. The suggested donation to cover the cost of shipping a standard ACCTS box to Africa is $35 at Portage and $30 at Markham.
