As a minister of encouragement and care to Christian mission workers I engage in the work of personal support and spiritual discipleship. This involves elements of active listening, coaching, teaching, mentoring, training, debriefing, providing resources, and prayer. I have the wonderful privilege of serving people around the globe from my home near Strasbourg, Saskatchewan.
