Loewen, Brett & Candace

Brett and Candace have been working with newcomers and refugees after returning from Africa in late 2018. They are committed to sharing the good news of Jesus with newcomers to Canada, and partner with Naomi House, a transitional home for refugees. This is located in Winnipeg, MB.

Candace heads up the refugee sponsorship program, while Brett is a certified driving instructor and offers lessons to newcomers free of charge. It is through meeting these tangible needs that God opens up the doors for us to share about him. Our goal is to have each refugee who comes in contact with Naomi House to be presented with the life changing good news of the gospel. It is encouraging to experience how God is showing himself to newcomers.
