The McAnuffs are a young couple full of energy, with a passion for creating. They love to bring people together in order to cultivate authentic, deep relationships.
While in Budapest, they are using their time to reach locals through volunteering as baristas at a coffee shop, leading worship and bible studies around the city, leading a young adults program with a local church, and training with high level athletes. They also run creative workshops out of the coffee shop for locals to participate in and try new mediums of creative expression.
Sean trains with the Hungarian National Team as a professional athlete, representing team Ireland in short track speed skating, while Jess helps with managing various team’s needs. The McAnuff’s also put forth a large amount of time to connect with the athletic community and share that sport is about more than success and image.
On occasion, they also have the opportunity work with homeless outreach, as well Jess has had the privilege of ministering to and loving on women who work in sex trafficking in conjunction with a local ministry.
They have also been fortunate to work closely in aiding and assisting Refugees in many different ways.
