Stephen was comended to full-time evangelism and Bible teaching in 2001 from Lansing Gospel Hall and Kitchener Gospel Hall. In the years that followed he became involved in Scarborough (Toronto) in a Gospel outreach work to the Chinese immigrant community. This work led to the commencement of a Mandarin-English assembly in Scarborough. Stephen married Cynthia Clark in 2005 and now they serve together as commended workers. They continue to be involved in Gospel outreach and teaching in the Agincourt assembly. They are also reaching out to neighbouring communities in Scarborough through new outreaches. They have run summer Gospel Tent meetings, childrens meetings, home Bible studies and Summer Camps. While our Scarborough outreach is our primary focus, Stephen also occasionally travels to other parts of Canada for conferences and teaching meetings. Stephen also has a part-time counselling ministry as a Registered Psychotherapist.
