Vargas, Carlos & Shirley

Their principal ministry is supporting spiritual retreats at ROCA located in Valencia, approximately one hour from the city center of La Paz, Bolivia. Due to health needs, Carlos and Shirley are presently residing in Canada but remain involved with the ministry of retreats at ROCA and also facilitate spiritual formaton and prayer ministry in Victoria, B.C.
