At our Tabuk Maternity Clinic we continue to go through changes. The Department of Health has again hired midwives that we have trained. It has been disheartening to start from scratch yet again, but I [Georgia] am slowly learning how to hold staff with an open hand. It hasn’t been easy on any of us and we could use your prayers.
