On Friday, an all female short-term team will arrive for two weeks. Each participant has been to Rwanda before. Jennifer will lead them through a week long retreat centred around forgiveness – gaining a greater Biblical understanding, reflecting on their own lives along with seeking out how they want to continue to forgive in their own lives. Reflections on pain and suffering will also be part of that journey. Rwanda has much to share on forgiveness as well. The rest of the time will be spent hosting a holiday program for our sponsored students and connecting with their families. Pray for traveling mercies, continued sanctification in the team members lives through the retreat, Godly insight for Jennifer’s preparation and discernment as we lead the team through what God would have them here in Rwanda.
