I’m back in Haiti after a blessed time with the believers at a conference in Ft. Lauderdale. While I was away, there were 3 weeks with no gas or diesel. Demonstrations, burning tires, and shootings are the everyday thing. On Tuesday a boat of fuel arrived, after the country finally found the money to pay for it, but the first 2 trucks that were filled and on their way to the gas stations were highjacked by the gangs. They killed one driver and beat the other one up. Now the truck drivers will not deliver any fuel to the stations unless they have a police escort or armed security guys riding with them. Today on the street gas is $9 per gallon instead of the usual pump price of $2.40. Please keep Haiti in your prayers!
