In February, Azariah (4) had a fall and broke his left forearm. After two unsuccessful surgeries, it was discovered that the bone was not in place and he could not move his arm and two fingers. In July, Azariah fell again and broke it in the same place. He was to have surgery in Trujillo but the surgeon reneged on the plan.
Jedidiah & Shaomi have come to the conclusion that it is the Lord´s will for them to go to the States for further treatments. The children do not have their American passports yet. Their passports are on their way to Peru and will hopefully get to Trujillo early next week. Please pray that the passports would arrive safely and for good prices on airplane tickets. Meanwhile, there is an ongoing dialog with a hospital in the US that may be of help to the family. Please pray that they would have wisdom in their traveling plans and that dates for Azariah would get set soon.
