On October 31st Krista had her first follow up MRI appointment and met with her oncologist. Praise God with us that the tumour is stable and we have been given the all clear by the doctor to return to Tanzania. We are presently in the process of preparing to go back. In the short term, Krista continues to progress towards normal energy levels and a restored immune system. In the long term, the Chordoma will need regular monitoring (for the next 10+ years) in order to know whether the radiation succeeded in killing it or not.
