I returned to Haiti at the beginning of August. After three weeks of being home, Haiti went into a severe gasoline shortage. No local power is available, you can’t buy fuel for generators, and vehicles sit empty for weeks on end. Protests have begun again as a result. I was evacuated to Port-au-Prince. So, this is where I wait out the storm and pray for change to come. Pray for Haiti and for the Christians in this country. The magnitude of the situation is overwhelming, but God is sovereign and in control.
