Typhoon Kammuri hit our island and village hard! As far as we know, no lives were lost. Thank you, Lord! It is estimated that the electricity will be out of commission for at least a week or more, so we are thankful to the Lord for our generator! It will run about 50% of the time to conserve gasoline, but that will keep the refrigerator cold enough. Also, many neighbours are wanting to charge their devices with our generator, and it has become somewhat overwhelming. Patrick is putting up a charging station for the community with a long extension cable to the road. Please pray that gasoline will be available. Our coffee shop in town lost pieces of the metal roof and flooded. There is much work to be done and we will report back as we can. Thanks for praying with us and for us!
