Chair Massage
30 Minute Session with Lisa Barber
Lisa Barber is a Certified Chair Massage Practitioner and will be offering free chair massage on-site. Chair massage uses relaxation techniques, focusing primarily on the back, shoulders and neck, to reduce muscular tension, increase circulation, stimulate lymphatic tissues, and relieve muscle stiffness. It is simple and clean, as there is no need for oils and lotions. NO undressing is required; wear comfortable clothing.
