On October 5th-8th this year, MSC Canada was thrilled to host a conference we called Requip. The Purpose of the conference was to reacquaint, re-equip, recharge, and refocus our overseas and cross-cultural mission workers.
It was a wonderful time together with over 100 workers gathered from around the globe. We enjoyed a daily devotional from Stephen Vance, music and singing led by Gary Goodkey, and excellent training from organizations and ministries we partner with such as MissionPrep, the Missionary Health Institute, Canadian MK Network, and others. Your workers enjoyed plenaries and breakouts on topics such as raising MKs, compassion fatigue, thriving and growing through stress and transitions, financial skills, conflict resolution, and much more.
