Young leaders We relaunched the youth group recently. They have been enthusiastic about getting together again. It is encouraging to see some of the older ones get involved in helping. Please pray for these youth and for the spiritual development of young leaders to take the work further. Read more
A short gospel message After a two-year lapse due to COVID, we recommenced our weekly gospel meeting at the senior’s home. We have a sing-along and short gospel message that we pray will bring glory to God through the salvation of souls. Read more
A good number of children VBS season is in full swing. A missionary couple from the States is visiting for a month of outreach and camp ministry. Over 100 have attended and a good number of children have made professions of faith. Please continue praying for their spiritual growth. Read more
Please pray for helpers We are preparing for VBS next week. Sean is teaching and Vera will be helping with crafts and games. The children are very excited as there haven’t been any programs for about two years. Camp is also planned for this year as well. Please pray for helpers as many are needed. Read more
Especially encouraging Our Men of Grace Bible study, now country-wide on Zoom, has really grown. Recently they have been studying a course on Christian Living and digging into the Word for their discussions online every two weeks. It has been especially encouraging to see several men participating more in teaching and preaching. Please pray for them. Read more
Rural evangelistic Kids’ Club Vera requests prayer for a rural evangelistic Kids’ Club she started last Saturday with the help of a young lady from the church. Pray that we may be able to hold youth meetings again, and that summer camps open this year. Read more
More mission workers and Belizean nationals There is openness to the Gospel here. One challenge is that many have been exposed to unbiblical teaching and beliefs. Please pray that many will come to accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour and that the Lord would raise up more mission workers and Belizean nationals to serve. Read more

Hungry physically and spiritually Vera was busy helping the saints at Grace Chapel with the annual Thanksgiving turkey dinner outreach. Over 500 meals were distributed throughout Belize City along with a piece of gospel literature for all. People are hungry physically and spiritually. Please join us in praying for the seed sown. Small signs of post-pandemic life The local churches are meeting in person again. This is encouraging, especially for those who have been unable to meet virtually. One uplifting note is that on Sunday one of our youth came into fellowship and broke bread for the first time. Please praise the Lord for these small signs of post-pandemic life in the church. Into the waters of baptism In September, we witnessed the special joy given to those who follow Jesus into the waters of baptism. Four believers from two assemblies were baptized, including two of our youth at Grace. Please pray for their spiritual growth and ongoing discipleship. Read more
