Thanks for the prayer support

Yesterday we met with the oncologist that will be overseeing Eleny's radiotherapy, which will most likely start on Monday. Treatment will involve 27 sessions of radiotherapy, Monday thru Friday for the next 5 and a half weeks. We have been impressed with the Lord's hand in everything, as we climbed the ladder of specialists, each consultation blending into the next.…

Eleny’s health

On May 19th, Eleny was admitted to the hospital for tests. She has suffered from severe pains for the last week and all attempts to relieve her symptoms have failed. A reflection on Christmas

The Barreto Leme public school is the only one I hadn’t gone back to teach at since the pandemic started. The coordinator suggested that on December 15th, I give out Bibles to the 5th graders at their graduation and open the event by giving a reflection on Christmas. Please pray for wisdom.

A good number of kids were turned down

Our day camp was a success. A good number of kids were turned down due to pandemic regulations, so the plan is to have at least one more day camp before the end of the year. We pray that we can return to week-long camps in January.

Sunday School on YouTube

We started a channel on YouTube for our Sunday School. We have a program with songs, a Bible story, and puppets. Each week there is a verse to memorize and an activity to be done, and the kids are encouraged to make a video of themselves saying the verse. Please pray.
