Good News

Rosemary came home from Hospital today, and we pray that she will continue to make good progress.

Thank you for continuing to remember Rosemary in prayer. The doctor is pleased with her progress. However, he has a concern about her legs following the 2 falls she had at home before going into hospital. Thus, he will keep Rosemary where she is for a little while longer. Your prayers are valued.

Rosemary was admitted to hospital, and diagnosed with pneumonia. Doctors are pleased with Rosemary's progress and she has been transferred to Respiratory Rehabilitation in a Cottage Hospital attached to the main hospital. Please continue praying.

An unused convent

In a town twenty minutes away, there is an unused convent that has been turned into a home for Ukrainian refugees. In the last few weeks, we have been able to go and hold gospel meetings. Visible presence

We continue with outreach in the town square. Since we have been out for a few months now, we are getting noticed more and engaging in some good conversations. We are thankful for the freedom to carry out this visible presence right in the middle of town. We do value your prayers for this work.

National Ploughing Championships

The National Ploughing Championships will be happening September 20th to 22nd. This event is expected to draw over 300,000 visitors. I anticipate joining a group called Gospel Literature Ireland which will have a tent set up. Many will receive a free bag of literature as they walk past. Pray that God will use His Word powerfully as it goes home…

Six discussion nights

Please pray for the nationwide gospel effort from September 22 to October 30, called What’s the Story?. Area churches each plan different activities. Our assembly will have 6 discussion nights on Sundays. Invitations to attend, paired with Gospels of John, will be distributed to homes close to the assembly. Pray for the salvation of souls.

How to proceed

Natalie recently had right heart failure and underwent a heart scan to determine how much scarring has occurred because of this. The Cardiologist said the results of this scan will determine how to proceed with treatment. Please pray for wisdom and healing.

Update on Natalie

The cardiologist has her booked in for a CMR MRI of the heart. They are expecting to get word from the Blackrock Clinic in Dublin. The reason for this is to see if there are other causes for the heart failure. Nat is just very weak and can't even talk for very long without becoming breathless. They will keep her…

Natalie’s heart

Please pray for Natalie. She has not been feeling good the past few weeks. Her blood pressure is high and she was having pains in her chest and shortness of breath. She went to the doctor today and he sent us to hospital. She was admitted. The cardiogram showed there is an imbalance in her heart. It is only pumping…

New school year

At month’s end, schools will reopen after being closed to visitors for nearly 2 years. Colin looks forward to teaching the New Testament this coming school year. We look to the Lord for His help and blessing.
