Mexican Independence Day

Thank you for praying for our Independence Day outreach. Every year, this is a popular event for our neighbours and friends. Before the feast, we invited guests to a program in the auditorium with folk dances, followed by a clear gospel message. The crowd seemed to be fixed on the words they were hearing. Please pray for impact.

Open patio

We regularly visit the hospital near our assembly, sharing God’s Word with those who have a sick family member or friend. There is a large open patio used as a waiting room, where we are allowed to preach the Gospel and provide refreshments. Please pray for salvation.

Girls’ Bible study

This month we started a girl's Bible study on Wednesdays after school for eighteen 4th to 6th grade girls. We have had a wonderful time learning about women in the Bible and making crafts! Pray for the girls' Bible study that they will grow closer to Christ.

Keen interest

We enjoyed a week of ministry about relationships by a brother from Arizona. Topics included Dating and Parent-Adolescences Relationships. Please pray for the young people. They showed their keen interest by personal conversations after each meeting.

The summer English camp was the biggest camp we have ever run in our home. On the last night, parents were invited to watch their children share a presentation of what they have learned. Stephen shared a gospel message and we pray for salvation.

Independence Day Party

In September, we have our Independence Day party. The church prepares a feast of Mexican foods. We invite friends and neighbours. The meal and festive program are followed by a clear gospel presentation. Please pray that many would attend this year and believe in Christ.
